Convert PDF files to multiple other formats
PdfGrabber enables exporting PDF documents in various formats
e.g. Pdf to Excel, Pdf to RTF/Word, Pdf to DXF/CAD, Pdf to XML,
PDF to PowerPoint or Pdf to Text.
PdfGrabber therefore allows the editing and processing of PDF contents (text,
images, vectors) in other applications e.g. Microsoft Word®, Microsoft Excel®,
Microsoft PowerPoint® or AutoCAD®, without Adobe Acrobat having to be
installed.
The new version 4.0 offers numerous improvements.
Besides the full Office 2007 and Windows Vista support, it now
also offers the ability to define Export Contents per frame (PdfGrabber
Standard Version and upwards). Frames can be pulled to the designated
positions within a PDF document using a comfortable editor. Only
the contents within these frames are taken into account when exporting.
On top of this, the output quality and processing
speed have been improved even further. PdfGrabber 4.0 now supports
rotated text in Excel output, real curves are produced in DXF
output and in addition, images can be created. Users of XML output
are pleased they can export image information and image output
has been enhanced by making the creation of Tiff-Multipage files
possible, which suit themselves superbly for archiving purposes.
As of Version 3.0, PdfGrabber also offers a PDF-Printer, with which exported
documents can be reconverted into PDF. So you can export the PDFs you want,
carry out the necessary modifications and save them again as PDF. Creating
PDF documents is possible from any Windows application via a printer driver.
You also have another feature in Version 4.0 which allows converting any
type of document into a PDF file directly from Windows Explorer. Simply select
the function 'Create PDF' from the context menu with the right mouse button
for any document or use the print function of the linked application and
your document will be converted into PDF.
