As part of the maintenance, you will receive the current PdfEditor version at any time – including preliminary versions on request – as well as preferential support.
The contract period is 1 year and ends automatically. We will contact you in good time before expiration and ask if you would like to extend the contract for another year.
The maintenance contract is valid for one PdfEditor licence. When ordering together with a new licence, this licence is automatically registered for the maintenance contract.
If you order a maintenance contract for an existing licence, please inform us within 14 days of the licence (licence name + licence key) for which the contract is to apply.
